Return & Exchange Conditions

1. The return and exchange period limited to ten days from when you initially received it.
2. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, it's important that we get the item back. All our items are guaranteed to be in original condition and must not show signs, scratches or wear at all!
3. When returning or exchanging an item, customers have the option of using a shipping method with tracking on it.
   Note: The cost of shipment for Return and Exchange is bear by the customer
4. If you have received complimentary items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
